- Friday Afternoon: Arrive at the Inn (Slips are first come first serve, remaining boats will raft up off T-Heads)
- Pre Registration Friday evening 6:30 to 7:30 or Saturday 7:30 to 9:30
- Saturday morning breakfast buffet 7:30 till 10:00
- Driver's meeting 9:30
- Field exit the Marina @ 10:30
- Helicopter photos taken by Heli-Photo Inc.
*Pictures will be available the night of the awards party. - Saturday evening, 7:00 pm, Appetizers, 8:00 Dinner and Poker Run Party,& cards drawing following @in the Chesapeake Inn Ball Room.

- Poole’s Island, to The JETTY Resturant & Dock Bar, LUNCH STOP APPROX. 12:30, to 3 PM, NOTE: Located in Kent Narrows, Just passed RED EYE’S Dock bar Under draw bridge on the left. FUEL ALSO AVAILABLE.
